Jennifer Silverman began seeing clients with Lynn Zakeri LCSW Clinical Services, PLLC in 2021. She is that perfect combination of knowledgable and kind.
Jennifer Silverman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who understands and appreciates the struggle it can take to find peace of mind and a sense of well-being. In a world where we tend to compare ourselves to perfection and berate ourselves over failure, happiness often feels like a lost emotion.
Jennifer has a Master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice, Jennifer also holds a Professional Educator’s License in school social work. In addition to providing therapy with Children’s Home + Aid and Response Center’s Teen Clinic, Jennifer has worked in various elementary, middle, and high schools throughout the Chicagoland area. It is within these schools where she has refined her craft in mental health counseling.
Therapy does not come in a one-size-fits-all mold, and Jennifer values the significance of relating to the individual while admiring the courage it takes to work towards
change.

You would probably strongly agree that therapy should not add additional stress to your life. That is why I have struggled over the years having to ask clients to juggle times, work around my openings, and even to find other therapists. I recently began the process of trying to find therapists who complement my practice, who are intuitive and smart, and who I would trust if I were looking for a therapist.
